Tivoli in Copenhagen, Denmark

I recently cut my hair haha... i got my fringe snipped shorter and most of my lousy split ends are gone. I know it doesn't look much different but it definitely feels neater.

We are going to the Tivoli gardens today!

What a cheesy pose i know gahhh but i really wanted to show the pathway from the entrance cos i find the hanging flowers and lamp posts so pretty!

Ok one more thing i can strike off my list. Honestly i did not take any rides at all cos 1) i'm not a fan 2) they are bloody expensive 3) nothing spectacular about the rides. There were very limited rides available and it felt like there were more restaurants then rides. In fact it is extremely small for an amusement park; more like a funfair if you ask me. But i could imagine how romantic it would be at night where the rides would light up but unfortunately we were too bored to stay till dark (which only falls at around 9pm).

 I decided to take a break from uploading Japan photos haha cos i took a nice trip to Copenhagen. I love Europe in spring and summer... the rest of the time it's too cold :(

Me and my half eaten ice cream haha. Someone told me ice creams are meant to be eaten in winter cos they would never melt. What a load of bull. But it sure is nice not having to eat rapidly melting ice creams.

Nyhavn. I loved this place it's so colourful yet still maintains a rustic feel. It is a harbourfront from the 17th century. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes along the river kinda like clarke quay hehe. I'm so proud of this photo, almost looks like a postcard! :D

Link to my first trip and winter experience in Copenhagen.

Right so I've been having many fml moments lately. First my much anticipated London flight with Lili was cancelled fml. My hdb selection date fell on the day I was supposed to go for my favourite place in the world Amsterdam thus I had to change flight losing money at the same time fml. I've been having bouts of sore throats and coughs lately fml. I had the most terrible time with sistic trying to book jay chou concert tickets even though I have a so called priority credit card fml.

So I decided to go for an easy yoga class today to sooth my frazzled nerves. My instructor made me cover my right nostril and breathe through my left, I choked on realisation that my left nostril is blocked. We laid on the nice big firm bolster to clear own minds and relax, but apparently it was too much for me cos I fell asleep. Then when he said rest your head on the mat face down I can't help but think of the dirt I'm breathing in.

Fuck this! Screw all the positivities in the world I just wanna dwell in my misery and live an unfufilling life today.

Finally i reach Kyoto the cultural shrine of Japan where you will see endless shrines and temples... and of course cherry blossoms!

On the road again.

 Sanjusangen-do 三十三間堂  is a buddhist temple.

 Notice the loooong main hall. Archery competitions were held here.

 I was posing for this self-taken photo when a stranger asked whether he could help me take the photo instead hahahhahahaha that was when my eyes flickered to look at him but my fingers weren't fast enough to stop the clicking motion. He made me a little self-conscious but i was determined not to let anyone make me feel ashamed of my 自拍 antics!

 How could you not love spring? It's my favourite season all over the world!
